Order
Check the status of your HawkEye orders and continue unfinished orders.
Ordering is only available to users with Owner or Manager level access to their farm
Once your order has been placed, you can see its status in the Order Status pane. The order status page allows you to see the order on the map and view the details of the order. You can also filter the orders by date, product, status and by keyword search. Note that special mixes will not show in the product list, these will need to be found using the keyword search. Orders will archive after 12 months if they remain in progress or scheduled. This pane contains all the orders you have placed in HawkEye for the farm you are on and their current status.
There are seven status types
To view the details of an order, select the order(s) from the list and select view details. This will show all the details of the order including spread rates, nutrient information and special mix breakdowns. The map will show the area requested to be spread and if the spread has been completed, the areas that have been spread.
For orders you have self spread or that were done by a spreader that cannot send data to HawkEye you can choose to create activities and complete the order. Read more about completing your own orders here.
To cancel an order, select Request cancel under the details pane. Cancellations may take up to one business day to process. Please contact your spreader and/or transporter to advise if you are cancelling an order. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you would like to decrease your order, please contact the HawkEye support team on 0800 73 73 73.
If you partially complete your order at any time before clicking on Create order, it will be saved in the Continue Order menu. Select your order from the list and click on the Continue order button to complete your order. You can delete saved orders by clicking on the rubbish bin icon next to the relevant order.
HawkEye will show an order as complete once the spread has been returned from the spreader (for those orders done by an integrated spreader or joint venture spreader). If the spread returned does not cover 90% of the area ordered, the job will remain in progress. This is so the rest of the job can either be returned still by the spreader or you can opt to manually complete the order if the remaining areas will no longer be spread.
