Order Standalone

Use this option, when not ordering from a Ravensdown agronomy plan. Ordering is only available to users with Owner or Manager level access to their farm. 

How to order

• Once logged in, navigate to Order > New Order.
• Select Standalone.
• Select Product or Special Mix (see here for Special Mix ordering).
• In the Product box choose your product - either scroll or start typing to search.
• Enter your Spread rate.
• Click Select areas to choose the paddocks or management zones you are ordering for.
  To order management zones, turn them on from the Layer list first.
• HawkEye will calculate the amount of product required based on the effective area and spread rate. 
  Any intersecting exclusion zones will be removed from your effective area.
• To add another spread rate, click Add.
• If you require bulk bags, tick Bag my order. Bags will be 1T bags by default.  If you require 1/2T bags select Edit to change the bag size. Bulk bags require 48 hours notice.
• Once finished click Go to Logistics to proceed.

Logistics

• Choose your preferred Dispatch date. This date is a requested date and should be confirmed with your spreader and/or transporter.
• Enter an Order name and Reference if required.
• Select the Contact person for the order.
• Select the Store, Delivery address, Spreader, and Transporter.
• If you require the nitrogen content or product quantity to be split with another Ravensdown customer, tick Split payment.
• Select the relevant agreement for the split.
• Add any notes/instructions for the store or spreader.
• Click Next.

The lead-time for online orders is one day. Please call us to discuss your options if you need your fertiliser earlier.

Review the information on the Order Summary screen. You can edit order details or logistics prior to placing your order. You can also View PDF of Spread file, which will open a draft copy (in a new browser tab) of the order confirmation and application map. This PDF will be emailed to you and your chosen spreader once the order has been submitted.

You must agree to Ravensdown’s Terms of Trade before clicking Place order.

If you already have your product on farm, you can place a spread only order to send a map to your chosen spreader. Read about how to place a spread only order here.
