Order from Agronomy Plan - Web app

Ordering is only available to users with Owner or Manager level access to their farm.

Agronomy Plans

Agronomy plans are prepared by a qualified Ravensdown agri manager based on your farms soil test results, goals and taking into account the relevant environmental regulations. 

If you would like an agronomy plan created for your farm please contact our HawkEye team or your local Ravensdown agri manager.

How to order

• Once logged in, navigate to Order > New Order.
• Select Agronomy Plan. All valid plans from the current season will be displayed.
• Choose the agronomy plan that you would like to order from.
• Select the Block, Dressing/Option, and Product.
• The rate will automatically load from your plan - this can be edited if desired.
• Click Select areas to choose the areas you are ordering for from the map.
• HawkEye will calculate the amount of product required based on the effective area and spread rate.
• If you have any exclusion zones in your selected areas, the spreadable area will be calculated as the effective area less any intersecting exclusion zones.
• Select Add to enter additional spreading rates or Go to logistics if finished. You can have up to 6 different spreading rates on each order. 
• If you require bulk bags, tick Bag my order. Bags will be 1T bags by default.  If you require 1/2T bags select Edit to change the bag size. Bulk bags require 48 hours notice.

Logistics

• Choose your preferred Dispatch date. This date is a requested date and should be confirmed with your spreader and/or transporter.
• Enter an Order name and Reference if required.
• Select the Contact person for the order.
• Select the Store, Delivery address, Spreader, and Transporter.
• If you require the nitrogen content or product quantity to be split with another Ravensdown customer, tick Split payment.
• Select the relevant agreement for the split.
• Add any notes/instructions for the store or spreader.
• Click Next.

Review the information on the Order Summary screen. You can edit order details or logistics prior to placing your order. You can also View PDF of Spread file, which will  open a draft copy (in a new browser tab) of the order confirmation and application map. This PDF will be emailed to you and your chosen spreader once the order has been submitted.
