Joining HawkEye

My Farm

Joining HawkEye is easy, just contact our Service Support team on 0800 73 73 73, fill out the sign up page, or email support@hawkeye.farm to get started.

How do I create my HawkEye account?

Follow these steps;

  • You will receive an email from the Service Support team, click the link in the email.
  • Once you have loaded the page select the Create Account button and enter your details.
  • When you have created your account go to the HawkEye login page.

Once you have signed up for HawkEye and logged in you can start drawing your map, find out more about our mapping options here.

Supported Browsers

For the best experience in HawkEye, we recommend using Google Chrome. However the following browsers are also compatible;

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla FireFox
  • Apple Safari

HawkEye is not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer, so we advise using one of the above browser options.

Internet speed

If you normally experience slower than normal speeds of web browsing, then the same will apply to HawkEye. HawkEye contains rich information and capability, therefore it can take a few seconds to deliver the requests.

HawkEye works more than adequately with 3G and above speeds, but small changes like removing the background colour or changing from aerial imagery to topographical basemap will speed up the delivery of information. If you are creating an event over a large number of paddocks, it is quicker to select 15 or 20 at a time and enter details rather than selecting 100 at one time.
