I connected last year, do I need to do this again?
Yes. The integration is now direct from your Ravensdown HawkEye account to Fonterra via your Farm Source account. We have simplified the process so this should only take a few clicks to complete. You only need to reconnect once and the connnection will stay active until you choose to disconnect.
Do I need to be a HawkEye User to share my Ravensdown data with Fonterra?
Yes, you need to be a valid user of HawkEye and have either Farm Manager or Farm Owner permission on one or more farms.
I have more than one dairy farm, do I have to connect each one individually?
No, as long as you have the correct level of access in both Farm Source and HawkEye you will be able to connect all farms from a single login.
Why do I need a landholding in HawkEye to connect to my Farm Dairy Records?
The landholding will be used to determine the areas of the farm we are reporting application data on. It will also allow us to calculate the highest rate applied to pastoral areas for nitrogen fertilisers.

No. If the paddocks and/or management zones in the landholding are the same for both your dairy farm and the nitrogen report you can use the same landholding.
How do I know if my farm is connected?
From HawkEye, you can see if a farm is connected either in the add-on menu under Accounts or in the compliance reporting menu.
