Use your Ravensdown and HawkEye fertiliser data to generate the information needed for your N190 reports and Fonterra Farm Dairy Records.
Our compliance reporting menu is home to your farm's landholdings. A landholding can be used to indicate the areas needed for a council nitrogen report or for Fonterra's Farm Dairy Records. The landholding also contains information on the size of farm, dairy company and supplier numbers and which regional council(s) the landholding is located in.
To be able to create and generate reports, you will need to complete your farms land categories. These determine the land use for the farm and allows HawkEye to calculate the fertiliser tonnages and application information required by both the regional councils and Fonterra.
To create a new report
- Go to Reports > Compliance Reporting.
- Select a landholding and create a new one.
- Select + New Report.
- Select your reporting type.
For non Fonterra farms, Nitrogen reporting will be the only option. - Select the reporting year.
- Enter your contact details.
These should be the best person on farm to contact regarding the report if any issues arise. - Select Save.
- For Nitrogen reports, you will need to generate a report to see calculated figures. Fonterra reports will auto generate.
If you have not completed all land categories for the landholding areas, a warning will pop up to advise you to complete these.
