Completing your own orders

Spreading yourself? Create fertiliser activities and complete your own HawkEye orders easily from the order status menu.
If you are using your own spreading device that is not yet compatible with HawkEye, you can still complete and record your spreads in HawkEye manually.
You can choose to fully complete your order or create fertiliser activities as you go.
To create a fertiliser activity from your order:
- Go to Order > Order status.
- Select the order you wish to create an activity from in the list.
- Select View details.
- Select Create activity.
- For product and spread orders and Spread requests, your paddocks will preselect and you can edit if required.
- For product only orders you will need to select the paddocks and/or management zones you wish to apply to from the map.
- Select Save to create your fertiliser activities.
To complete your order and create a fertiliser activity in HawkEye:
- Go to Order > Order status.
- Select the order you wish to complete from the list.
You can only complete orders that are scheduled, in progress or dispatched. - Select View details.
- Select Complete order.
- On the pop up box select Complete after ticking the Create activity box.
This will then complete your order and take you to the Create activity screen for finalising.
Note: If you do not wish to create a related fertiliser activity, leave the Create activity box unticked. - You can now finalise your activity.
To view your fertiliser activities, go to Activities > View
If your order was from an agronomy plan, the fertiliser activity will also adjust the spreading status and previously spread figures.
